Orders placed on Sunday-Thursday will ship within 24 hours; orders placed on the weekend will ship within 1-2 business days.
NOTE: Shipping may be delayed by a few days due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. You will see an estimated timeframe for delivery during checkout, please understand this is just an estimate and we have no control over the package once it’s in USPS’s possession. If you are ordering for an event coming soon, you have the option to select the expedited shipping method during check-out.
Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please track your shipment so you know when the package will arrive. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update from the time of fulfillment. The tracking starts once the item is scanned by the post office, not when the label is created.
Since your order confirmation was emailed to you upon check-out, you will not receive a packing slip.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are shipped from New York using USPS.
Please be sure you enter your complete address correctly upon check-out. We only ship to the address that you entered when placing the order, we do not accept address changes. If you need the item to be shipped to a different address after placing the order, we will cancel the order and you can reorder using the new address.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if your package is returned to us for any reason. If your package is returned, we will contact you via email. There will be a reshipment fee if we have to resend the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with your package after it’s been scanned delivered to your address, please follow up with the post office to file a claim.
